Refund Policy on Perishable Products

 

Due to the nature of our business services and the perishable products we sell, (i.e. gift bags and health and wellness perishable items) the purchases are not eligible for a refund.

 

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away at mistyw@wholewellnessshop.com or via our contact us link on our website and we will be happy to work with you on getting a replacement sent. Contact us link at www.wholewellnessshop.com.

Our Refund Policy for Whole Wellness Shop Coaching 30, 60, 90-day Program Services

 

Please note that if you purchase the Whole Wellness Shop Health Coaching Services 30 day,60 day, or 90 day Program and for any reason decide to cancel services, we can offer a refund of up to 90% of the full payment made for up to five days after purchase. Due to the time and customization of the content and of the program, there are no refunds available after 5 days. Please note that no exceptions will be made.

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine which services and/or programs are suitable for them prior to making purchase.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

 

Our Refund Policy for Other Programs Services including but not limited to Hourly Services, Special Add -On Services and Workshops/Classes

 

Please note that if you purchase the Whole Wellness Shop Hourly Services, Special Add-On Services or Workshops/Classes and for any reason decide to cancel services prior to redeeming or obtaining the service, we can offer a refund of up to 90% of the full payment made for up to five days after purchase. Due to the time and customization of the content and the program, there are no refunds available after 5 days. If you have redeemed or obtained your service, no refund will be available. Please note that no exceptions will be available.
